Paper Shredding

Eventually, old confidential records will begin to take up valuable space in your office, cubicle, or storage areas. Let us give you some of this space back by confidentially destroying information that’s at the end of its lifecycle.

Secure Destruction Service

Your old files won’t fall into the wrong hands using our secure onsite document destruction service, it is the solution that can give you peace of mind knowing that your records were destroyed confidentially.

You can feel great when you use us to shred your documents as you’re not only securing your business, but you are also helping the environment. All shredded records are recycled and used to support the development of many post-consumer products.

How it works

Step 1

Our computerized document management system informs our staff that one or more of your cartons are up for review.

Step 2

Once alerted we will call you to discuss your options – you can continue storing the records and re-schedule a review date or make arrangements to have them destroyed.

Step 3

If you want them destroyed you simply complete our authorization form and after confirming the signatures we confidentially destroy your records using our high-performance crosscut shredders.

Step 4

Upon completion, we provide you with a legal certificate of destruction.
