CONSUMER DROP-OFF SHREDDING

For safety and security reasons, all shredding customers must call first to make an appointment, ring intercom, or call upon arrival. You will be directed from that point.

• Our consumer shredding hours are from 9AM to 3PM weekdays only
• Please Do NOT come to our facilities if you are feeling unwell 
• Once you have arrived, your entry to our facility will be restricted to a secure drop-off area only. Please refrain from entering the facility until someone has allowed your entry

Preparing your documents for shredding

If this is your first visit to a shredding service, don’t worry – we will do all the hard work for you! With a bit of pre-planning on your part, things can go very smoothly.

All we ask is that you pre-sort your materials to ensure there are no plastics before dropping them at our facilities. Our shredder is so powerful you don’t have to worry about metal clips, paper clips or staples, but we do ask that your shredding is free from all forms of plastics, including photographic negatives.

100% of our paper shredding is recycled into consumer products (writing paper, tissue, and product packaging, etc). Paper bales that contain plastic must be incinerated. Incinerating plastic causes air pollution, and goes against our mission to be good stewards of the environment. Thanks for your cooperation!
